PASSION IN THE KITCHEN
For over twenty years, our restaurant has strived to meet your demands in the best possible way by offering mostly home-made products and thus ensuring the utmost authenticity. The cuisine offers a rather ample selection (lucanica sausages, veal cutlets, chops, frankfurters, hamburgers) and the cakes are all home made (apple strudel, tarts, tiramisu, Sacher and many more). Naturally, all is served very quickly, in keeping with skiers' short times. Our clients can also whet their appetite in our well-equipped sandwich bar which is capable of satisfying every need (alzavalvole, jegertee, the hunter's tea, mulled wine, hot chocolate, the famous Marzadro grappa, the "bombardino" etc.). Our restaurant is a place where many ski instructors and children from the kindergarten for little skiers meet to take a well-deserved break. The Skibar has a special partnership with the hotels of the Altopiano and a luncheon voucher will entitle you to a first course with a drink or a sandwich (cold or hot) with a drink.
